This page explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how Micany Apps handles Data Subject Requests (DSRs).
1. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

2. How to Submit a Data Subject Request (DSR)
Send your request to:

Include: Your name, the email address associated with your enquiry, and which right(s) you wish to exercise.
3. DSR Response Process
- Acknowledgement: Within 3 business days of receiving your request
- Verification: We may ask you to confirm your identity (e.g. by replying from the original email address)
- Fulfilment: Within 30 calendar days of the verified request
- Extension: If the request is complex, we may extend by up to 60 additional days with prior notice
- Cost: DSR fulfilment is free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (GDPR Art. 12(5))
4. What Personal Data We Might Hold
Given the minimal nature of this website, personal data we may hold about you is limited to:
- Email correspondence — if you contacted us via the contact form or directly by email (name, email address, message content)
- Server logs — your IP address in web server access logs (managed by Hostinger, subject to their retention policy)
We do not maintain user accounts, databases, cookies, tracking profiles, or marketing lists.
5. Data Protection Officer
As a sole trader with minimal data processing, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under GDPR Art. 37. All privacy enquiries are handled directly by the controller:

6. Supervisory Authority
If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY):
